The commonly used suction cup replacement method is: the rod chuck and the suction cup assembly are fixed by screws, loosen the screw on the rod chuck, the rod chuck will have a small displacement (rotation), and the rod chuck and the suction cup connecting assembly The connection method is destined to only fix the suction cup to a rough position, then tighten the screw, and then see the position of the suction cup on the upper plate. If it does not work, loose the screw for fine adjustment. This replacement method is destined to take a lot of time and affect the efficiency of the production line.
